On the flip side of his question, I was actually wondering if I could have the corner/parking light become a blinker... 
Basically do the same thing, except use the blinker wire instead of the corner/parking light wire? And how to make it brighter as well...

If you have a 94-95 just wire them to the second corner light bulb. If its a 96-97... do as I described above. Connect one wire of each side marker to the positive of the parking light and the other wire to the positive of the turn signal, make sure you test the polarity of each light to ensure it will work properly.
