Default 03 accord headlights....seem dim

I've got an 03 accord and love it. When the high beams are on this thing floods the road and everything around it. When on low they seem really dim. Have had the "aim" checked and they are good. Anyone else have this complaint?? I can't believe my love/hate relationship with these.

try replacing the bulbs. bulbs don't just blow out. Either they burn out slowly (slowly becomming darker until you get pissed and replace them on your own) or they just go oof*

replace the bulbs with standard halogens or get aftermarkets like i did.

yea, what he said. bulbs turn crazy dim slowly then they burn out. get new ones before one night ur driving home from some place at night and your lights go out all the way. aneways some good quality aftermarket ones are always better too, id get some thing new even if my stock bulbs are fine.

It's not that they got weak...they were weak from day one. I mean really downright poor. No one else has this complaint. Like I say....wonderful +++ on bright......crappy on low.

spend 10 bucks on a pair of new bulbs and see if that does the trick. make sure they're aimed properly. if those fail then take it to the dealer. might be a relay now moving enough juice to the bulbs.
