I have a 2000 Honda Accord EX. My Check Engine Light came on, when I pulled the code I got a code "90"

This code refers to either:

Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (Fuel Tank System)
or
Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected (EVAP Control Canister System)

Can someone tell me how I would go about fixing this?
