so I take it the 04' TL-S swaybar would fit a 7th Gen 06' Accord 4-cyl sedan? If so, I may be interested in the bar if the price is right.

It actually will fit, there are guys with 6th gens that installed the 04 TL bar, from the 6 speed (there is no "type-S" with the new generation TL.

It has a couple different bends, but it seems to work for people. You'll still need the corresponding Acura brackets and bushings.

I guess there is a chance that it may not fit if you have an aftermarket exhaust, etc...but there are quite a few guys that did it and it worked fine for them.

Well, there is no 04 TL-S, but yes, the swaybar from the new TL will fit your 7th gen sedan...get the bar from the 6 speed TL, it's 20mm. You'll need the Acura brackets and bushings as well.
