91 Accord has extra wire from distributer
I am workin' on a buddy's car right now, and I was doing a tune up on it, and when i got all done it wouldnt start. So I did all the normal checks, and i found that it had no spark, the ditributer has an extra wire from it that it is suppsoed to go to, but i dont know where it is supposed to go. It has to atatch to something inside of the distributer. It is a green wire.
Did a wire come out of one of the harnesses that is clipped to the distributor? If I recall, there is a green wire in one of the harnesses, (the larger of the two) make sure that it did not slip out of the harness, if it did, try putting it back in.
good luck

hmmm... if i recall correctly, the green wire is the tach wire in the 95. I remember playing with it when I changed my ignition system almost a yr ago. it connected to the ignition module.
Does the 91 have the ignition module inside the dist? I know mine did.
ps. yeah... green/yellow
