Default Header HELP~!!!

Hi I own a 97 accord F22B1 and am in the process of replacing my headers to DC Sports ones. The problem I am having is that I dont know how to take the upper part of the header from the collector pipe. I can't get a 1/4 drive in there and dont want to take off the front engine mount. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming any help would be appreciated thanks tunerz.

I'm having trouble taking the header itself out I can't seem to get a socket small enough to fit in the engine bay to get at the three bolts that connect the upper part of the header to the lower collector pipe so I can take it out. matter fact, how do you take out the header once you've dissassembled it from the block and the cat?

last time when i installed my DC sports header, I went under the car and used the extension bar to take the three bolts which i assumed u mean the three bolts that connect from the actually header to the collector pipe. Next i took the bolt off from the collector which is next the the converter if u have a 94 or 95 or converter itself for 96-97. Then i took that part off. then next i took the header off. good luck

how did i take it out after its off the motor itself, i guess you can jack up your car high enough to slide it out from under the engine bay. although i havent tried that method yet, it should work. i always use my uncles lift in his garage, makes shit a whole lot easier!!
