here's my input for ya

and, in addition, 3" piping is gonna make you lose way too much low-end and will be a pain to drive, and custom piping -> universal muffler is gonna not be nearly as good, although i guess it would depend on the muffler. my experience with universal mufflers is that they are loud, really loud, and i'll never go back from my apex-i ws.

 

Probably the most expensive, but the quality and workmanship is outstanding. The sound? My 05 6MT screams!

I can tell you how to get a deep sound. The pipe on my civic snapped right behind the header - now its really deep.

Because of this im looking for a new exhaust, i know im in the acura forum, but any one know a good/cheap exhaust for a 96 civic?

 

I like magnaflow, I have one on my 00 Coupe, sweet, low tone...take a look at her ass in the pic. I also like Greddy, had one on my 2nd gen teg, sweet and carb legal, great low grumble, not that coffee can sound or cheap look. Go stainless steel.

I just installed the Greddy Evo cat, and it sounds too loud and noisy, it gave me a headache during a test drive today. I guess I have to change this soon. Do you know where I can buy apexi ws for a really good price? What's the difference between apexi ws and apexi ws2
