which part in there is the problem from keeping my 1995 accord ex v6 from moving from park?

Only when cold it sticks, so right now its fine, but when winter rolls around, i'd like it fixed before then.

I know its something in there, becuase the "P" light does not turn on the dash until a little while and maybe turning the car on and off. (since the car does not know its in park the key wont come out )

You need to take it apart and figure out if the brake release is working correctly. I'm not familiar with 5th gens...maybe that whole assembly in the bottom right hand corner. If you take it apart and look you'll be able to see how it works.

Yeah, just having the picture doesn't help. You gotta take it apart & figure out what's bent, broken, or mis-adjusted. We can't see your car from here. It might be as simple as adjusting the position of the switches (#2 & 3).
