which part in there is the problem from keeping my 1995 accord ex v6 from moving from park?

Only when cold it sticks, so right now its fine, but when winter rolls around, i'd like it fixed before then.

I know its something in there, becuase the "P" light does not turn on the dash until a little while and maybe turning the car on and off. (since the car does not know its in park the key wont come out )
