Default Steering and suspension problem

It is Accord 98 I4 LX.
When I shake a steering wheel there is a knocking-cklicking sound comes from rack and pinion. Should I replace it or it worth to fix it?

Also, I need to replace left front swaybar end link. Do I need some special tool
to take of a lower nut or I'm missing something?

I would like to check all this before I take my car to the dealer.
Thank you!

I don't understand 'shake' the steering wheel...like it has up and down and side to side movement?

I'm sorry for confusion. I mean when I turn it quickly on a small angle left and right.

Is it PS pump noise or can you actually feel vibration?

Inspect your tie rod ends to make sure they're in good condition and still firmly attached to the vehicle. Also the PS fluid.

Tie rod ends are good. I was under the car when other person moved the steering wheel. It sounds like there is a gap between parts inside rack and pinion assembly and it sounds louder than normal.
It wasn't like this before.

You're sure all the boots and stuff are properly closed off and everything is lurbicated? Have you lost any steering feel or anything or is it just a noise? If it's just a noise I wouldn't worry about it until something happens.

Everything is fine. I wouldn't pay attention to it but it is clicking on almost every bump.

Are you sure it's not bad struts or a bad ball joint?
