Default Heater stuck on, A/C won't work

SO heres the problem, My heater is stuck on. You can turn the fan off and close the vents, but when you open the vents it's HOT! The A/c light doesn't even come on anymore when I press the button. Any ideas what can be done about this or just a way to unhook the heater for now?

Thanks

Earlier models had these buttons that people would bang the crap out of and break the welds on the switch. Then AC no worky. I would check for power to and from the switch. Or, start by checking for power to the AC compressor clutch.

you can turn off the heat by closeing the water valve under the hood you, it's on the firewall with a hose going and out with a lever and the cable going inside of the car just move the lever over then the heat is off
