Default Need help on new exhaust setup

Sup fellas. Need your help. The current setup I have is a 2.25 custom catback with muffler but the shit is starting to rust. Also I think the honeycomb in my cat has broken off because my exhaust sounds really muffled and the same thing happened to my boy. I am looking at 2.5 high flow cat, with 2.5 piping and muffler (More then likely all coming from kteller). Stil can deciede if I want dual tip or oval muffler.
I am still runnging the stock f22b1 header which is 4-2-1 design. I looked under the car and I see that the cat is 2 flange bolt in/out but what side would I have to get for the header side? Would I need to get the 2.25 to 2.5 high flow cat or should i get one of those collectors along with it? Pretty soon the turbo kit or h22 swap is going in so that is why I am going with a larger exhaust.

get a 2.5" in/out cat. Weld on a new 2.5" collector for your header or get an 2" to 2.5" adapter for your header, cut off the end, weld it on, weld on the new 2.5" flange to match the 2.5" cat. save yourself later for an h22 swap since you'll already have a 2.5" headerback.

i wonder if meinke or midas can make those adapters? I just wish if I bought an aftermarket header it would also fit on the h22 then it wouldn't be toom much of a waiste of $$$

I think you can find them adapting pipes online or at hardware store. heck, contact Mike at Kteller to see if he can get you some.
