So i got my sway bar for my 91 Honda Accord Ex a few days ago and was installing it today and ran into a few problems. The angle bracket cannot be mounted straight because of a line that leads to the brakes, this makes the end links not perpendicular to the ground, that is bad correct?
Another problem is they tell me to bolt the bushing bracket and backing plate to the cross member by dropping bolts in down from the top, I cannot get to the top of my cross member, cause, well the car is there. Anybody know what to do? Thanks in advance.

The holes drill at the edge of the cross member where there is a little lip with just enough room to drill the holes, so you are able to drop the bolts down into it.

Okay, new problem. It is most likely regarding my new sway bar. After I installed it and drove it I noticed this new clunking noise from the suspension. It tends to do it around turns while going over bumps, but it can also happen when I am going straight. Anyone know what this can be from?

I don't think so, its pretty sturdy, it doesn't bounce around.

Did you tighten the endlinks all the way, loose endlinks can clunk.

The intructions said not to over tighten the end links. Tighten them until you cant turn the cup washer by hand, then one more full turn. I did that. I am starting to think that it is the exaust hitting the bar, that seems most likely and I heard it happens, they are pretty close on the 4th gen.
