Help My 90 Accord Wont Pass Emissions

On his accord it's a computer controling advance/retard based on values from the knock sensor...On older hondas this was done by a vacuum advance on the side of the dist. and was mechanical. On my lawnmover it's mechanical and is advanced by centifical weights and a spring.
