Stock wheels vs. CL-S
The front sway bar on your V6 Accord is exactly the same part as the TL and TL-S front bar. The rear bar on the TL-S is 19mm and the '04-'05 TL bars are 20mm. If you want thicker bars try Comtech (but be prepared for spending a lot more money)
Polishing your stock wheels is a good idea, but budget for remounting and rebalancing the tires. Don't recommend polishing them with the tires still mounted, unless you're going to do it all by hand sanding (using a multitude of grits) and then polishing by hand - a long boring job that won't net the same results as having a shop that specializes in polishing wheels and other bits. Maintain the newly polished surface with Mother's Polish - terrific stuff, but keep it off your paint and your tires' sidewalls, or you'll have screwed up paint and a real mess on your tires. To remove road grime and road tar on your rims use Simple Green first and then follow up with 3M's General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner - great stuff (read the label first). Then use Mother's Polish to restore luster and protection.
For a relatively inexpensive suspension upgrade: Tokico Blues (or adjustible Illuminas at a higher price) and H&R Sport Springs (the ones that specify a 1.5" drop/ not the OEM Sport Springs by H&R, which won't lower the ride height).
I have Bridgestone RE950s (205HR60-15) on my '02 Accord EX I4 coupe, and love 'em. Not sure if they come in the slightly larger size that's on your car. Check w/ Tire Rack. . .
