so you want to take the wheel off?
have you tried loosening the lug nuts? lol...

when all the lug nuts are loose, give the tire a good kick while sitting down.

I really hope you're joking. If not, I think you need to take your car to a mechanic. You're going to end up doing far more damage to your car than the money you'll save from doing this yourself.

I think he/she already damaged the tires, driving off with completely flat tires for any distance can't be good lol.

Not sure exactly what you were trying to accomplish by making your tires flat, but if you can't figure out how to properly remove a wheel, I really don't think you should be changing your brake pads (at least that's what I hope you meant when you said you wanted to change your brakes) yourself.

I hope english is your second language. If you're serious, take the lugs off and hit it with a large mallet and kick it...obviously not in the center(but I feel like I have to say it)...and it should come off.

I had the same problem with my neighbor's wheel...here in the rust belt those things can stick like mad. When mine do it, a moderate kick to the tire is all that's needed, but this guy's wheel was stuck for good. Turns out his son drove the car for a while on the rim without knowing it (brilliant, yes)...so after trying everything from sledge to torch, I finally just told him to drive it the 3-4 blocks on the flat real slow to the nearest tire place...the rim was already ruined.

But why you let the air out and drove on it blows my mind.
