I had the same problem with my neighbor's wheel...here in the rust belt those things can stick like mad. When mine do it, a moderate kick to the tire is all that's needed, but this guy's wheel was stuck for good. Turns out his son drove the car for a while on the rim without knowing it (brilliant, yes)...so after trying everything from sledge to torch, I finally just told him to drive it the 3-4 blocks on the flat real slow to the nearest tire place...the rim was already ruined.

But why you let the air out and drove on it blows my mind.
