Default F22/F23 Header bolts during install?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of installing a complete new exhaust system on the Accord--new header to full back.

In anycase I have one fear stopping me making the purchase (and for once it's not money ) It's the bolts holding the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head. I've snapped a bolt just removing my heat sheild on the Accord to clean it, rust just simply weakend the bolt. As such, removing the head bolts for the manifold possitively frightens me! Removing the head, retapping the bolts--argg, talk about a tick you off moment--if it were to happen.

Read the header install for the TSX on another site (I'm sure you know it.) I guess a breaker bar is the tool of choice to loosen the head bolts--wow! Didn't think they were that tight, I have the bar not an issue.

Anyone ever snap a manifold head bolt off install a header on a 94-97 Accord or 98-02 Accord. I'd love to install a header but not at the cost of retapping the head. It's not that important to me. (I assume the bolt are pretty nice in quality, but I've snapped them on V8's before and well....

Side note, does anyone make a Cat-back exhaust system that will clear a Wings West body kit? I'm not sure I've seen a body kit on the OE bumper clear an exhaust (aftermarket) yet.

i took off my stock manifold, then took of a dc header off another car then installed the dc manifold on my car and installed my stock manifold on the other car w/ no problems. the thought of it breaking never came to my mind.

eventually took off the dc header off my car and sold it and got another dc header that was in better condition for free and put that on. ive done it many times. soon im going to have to take that dc header off to mock up my turbo manifold. not much rust in SoCal cars i guess..
