Some features about the EX V6 which you may not know:

Electronic throttle control - no throttle cable, fuel injection and intake manifold ports are completely computer controled.

The 6 speed has a strut tower bar and larger front rotors along with the larger tires, which the automatic does not have.

Electronic brake force distribution distributes the brake fluid to evenly pressurize all 4 brakes in a panic stop situation.

The 6 speed also has a limited slip diff AND all speed traction control

All of which are features about the car not many people know about, but it makes it that much more refined. Especially when comparing it to a Mustang GT. I'm not sure if any of these features are even on the all new 2005 Mustang GT (outside of traction control)

I've been contemplating buying a 6 speed myself. What a value and performance bargain they are for 27k.

That's exactly what led me to the Accord: seemed like a good performer, but with higher quality and more refinement than my GT. And since it's possible to bang out 6 sec 0 - 60's and probably a 14.5 sec 1/4 mile, it's not too much slower than the GT.

Thanks for the inside info on some of the features. I did notice the strut tower bar as soon as I opened the hood after the test drive It was nice to see it there.
