ok...so its hard to explain what the noise is like...but i first thought it was my power steering...i got it flushed and da noise stopped for bout a week...n now it came back...when my car is idle u can hear it...n when i turn da wheel with da car not moving it gets way more noticeable...im thinkin it mite be my belts...ne other thoughts on what it mite be?

Try to listen in and locate the problem. I would recommend taking it to a shop.
