(7th gen) Painted lower sils?

Anyone know where I could get these for a silver 2005 Accord Coupe? They came on the EX, but the LX's are black (unpainted). Any websites or people have them left over from the OEM spoiler kits?

You can buy them new already painted to match from the dealer. Check out this online link.

If I order the sils, do I need to order all of that hardware seperate too, os is it mostly included?
