92 accord ex?

Default 92 accord ex?

i'm going to buy this car with 162,453 miles on it, but the radiator hoses has no pressure while the car is warm,been driving the hoses are soft but upper and lower??
the owner now say's he don't know why?or if there was a thermostat replaced??
any idea why ithere soft the car does not over heat also??thanks I'm a long time reader and user but been off a while so had forgot all my previous user info but...I'm back!

Is the upper hose hot to the touch? If so, coolant is flowing back into the radiator from the engine. Soft hoses may indicate time for replacement. The upper hose will need replacement before the lower one.

they both are about the same temp but I can hold them for a few sec like 3-5 why are they not holding pressure?
