Default 6th Gen Power Windows

i was testing an amplifier to see if
it worked, to do so i had to disconnect the negative
battery cable, i tested the amp..it was fine
after i connected the negative
terminal back i noticed the check engine light was off
wich is good because i took my car to a mechanic and
it checked out fine..the ligh for some reason would
not reset though
....but thats not the problem the
problem is that after disconnecting the battery and
leaving it off approximatly 5 minutes...the passanger
windows (front/rear) wont roll down
HAS ANYONE EVER HEARD OF ANYTHING
LIKE THIS?...PLEASE HELP!

If you are checking them from the other doors, make sure the safety lock thing isn't enganged, then I'd check the fuses.
