Default TSB's/Recalls...

just a stupid question...if i'm not the original owner, am i still entitled to receive the free service/replacement for TSB/Recalls

Recalls, YES.
Warranty (whatever's left of it), YES.
That stuff is for the car, it doesn't matter whether you're the first owner.

TSB's are not the same. Most of them aren't free even for the first owner. They're like tips & hints for the mechanics, for example if Honda changed their mind about what kind of oil you're supposed to use.

Yup, if its a recall the dealer has to fix the problem. Way back when I had my 86 accord, I broke the seatbelt in 2002(i was the second owner) and there had been a recall on the seatbelts, the dealer replaced both for free
