Default clutch pedal!!

ok so a month ago my clutch went out (or so I thought) turned out that I need to bleed air out of the clutch master cylinder I even put in a brand new clutch master cylinder in the process. Fixed the problem but here I am a month later and it seems as if my clutch pedal came loose or something, it wont let me engage in 1st and sometimes 2nd pops in with some effort. The pedal is like 2 inches from the bottom and when I let it go it stays there for a few seconds and then it pops back up. Im able to put it into reverse kinda easy. Im thinking that its not my clutch because last month when I was going to replace it we checked it and it was fine thats how we were able to tell it needed just a bleed. do you guys think it may need another bleeding?? and if so what could cause air to get inside and mess things up??

its a 1994 accord dx BTW
