idle jumping PLEASE HELP
i would say check the fast idle thermo valve again, and make sure everything that needs to be connected to it is. the fast idle thermo valve uses coolant temperature to regulate the idle on your car, so make sure the coolant lines are connected and that your cooling system is full and air free.
Well my car has been at the honda shop for two full days now and they still cant figure it out. Does anybody know if it would hurt my car to bypass the IACV. Because when I do the car runs good it just doesn't have a cold start function. Would it cause any damage. Also if it is possible what is the best way?

My ride had the same thing going on. i have a 91 accord with a f20a engine. same thing, basically... anyways, it would rev high and low in park constantly until i drove off. the honda folks here checked it out and said that it was a vacuum hose that had collapsed. i'm not sure where it was, but if i remember right, it was in the back of the block. now my ride is working again... might wanna check it out. hope it helps... good luck.
