Well, I have a 05 coupe and the resivoir only holds .8-.9 gallons, so i have a bunch of partials floppin around in my trunk.
Im a widnshield washer fluid over user, my girl laughs at me because I spend more time outside of the car under the hood filling it then I do driving it.
The 05 sucks because I go throught the resvevoir in one to two weeks.
I've got some tricks though:
If its snowing, blast the hot air up the windshield. THe falling snow will melt, disolved the road salt and do its thing. However in a snow storm driving behind a truck or SUV int he Northeast is just dumb, because it kicks up more road salt and worsens the problem. The only time I'll do the tailgate cleaner trick is when its just after the storm, the roads are semi dry and all the cars still have their crowns-o-snow which blows of easy at high speed and right onto my awaiting windshield for usage.
It would be nice to have an indicator, because I like to plan when I have to get out of the car, I hate gettign gas and what not during the moring commute, its too freakin cold and my car is like an oven. But then again it would be nice if my 05 had a pothole indicator, a psycho driver bulliten, and glare meter. But such is life, without.
