Default Weiord braking during cold weather

Sup fellas. I have a weird probelm going on but i am just wondering if it is the weather causing this. I drove back down to schol from NJ to MD and was caught in the snow storm. I made it down here safely although driving through all that snow and salt was hell. So the next day i went to the store and notice that when i am braking the car would slow down but would get to a point to where it would keep on sliding forward but would eventually stop. I would either press it harder or they would come to a stop on there own. The calipers aren't frozen and the fluid level is fine. Any suggestions?

ever thought that maybe there is salt between the pads?
IM sure salt must of been thrown on the road so maybe it built up in between the pads and rotors.

have you tried spraying water in between them.

Yea i did that but it is still doing it. radually goes away as the rotors and the pads heat up. I guess it's just going to take sometime before it is all gone.
