Default Spoilers

Anyone have any comments on some of the Ebay OEM replica spoilers? I am thinking of throwing one on my trunk lid. Would it look better if I ordered it painted to exact match, or should I order it primmed and bring it to an autobody shop to have it painted and mounted?

Also since it has the LED on it, I'd like to remove my stock 3rd brake light, but dont know what to put over the hole in my rear deck. Any ideas?

its pretty easy to do yourself, not sure why you would want to bring it to a shop for.

and i wouldnt remove the rear light, just disable it.

I bought one off ebay that I put on my 95 4 door integ when I had it, I hooked up the led in the spoiler and had the brake light in window too. The install was very easy

cool, did you order it on ebay with it pre-painted or just primed?

Is the paint really an exact match? or is it just a close match?

I got an official OEM stock spoiler (painted in my color) for my 94 accord off ebay brand new for 135 from some dealership in viriginia trying to self off there stock. Its one of the easiest mods you can do. Drill some holes using the provided template. Put on the new heavy duty trunk shocks (94 and 95 only). Then mine came with a little tiny electronic box to replace one that already in the tailight compartment. Apparently this little new box told the car to disable the rear brake light and use the LED spoiler light instead.

It was not the same color, I needed to paint my car because of oxidizing and I think I picked it up for $75 + shipping.

Just like smakdown says you can find them on ebay sometimes already in your color
