took out center console, inst panel, inst cluster.... then went on to remove dash.... greased every bolt, and put in foam weather stripping everywhere i saw contact....reassembled the deal and not a squeak, creak, or rub anywhere.... sounds as solid as could be... thats all it took... thanks for the advice everyone
