Yes, all coupe spoilers from 98-02 are interchangeable sans the 98-00 OEM underbody kit.

Because that's not OEM quality, nor is it painted to match.

If I were you, I'd go to HandA or Manchester Honda...great places to buy stuff from, as long as it isn't too much extra.
