Default 03 04 05 Accord question

I've noticed some of the accords have a much bigger MPH tachometer (sorry dont know what that is called) What I mean by this is my MPH tach. stops at 180 mph, something like that...but i've noticed some go up to 240mph or something like that...whats the deal, how do i get that? what model has that?

A tachometer measures engine speed. A speedometer measured vehicle velocity. And yeah, like stryker said, it's in KMH and not MPH. Look at the numbers on your speedo below the MPH...they're a lot bigger

i don't know if this is true, but maybe there's a difference with the 4 cyl. and the 6 cyl. maybe even the lengths of the 6speed speedo being different too.
