Default Ok , ok h22a and h23 AGAIN

Ok,
whats a good dealer for rebuilt?
total-jdm??
do any of these places offer any kinda warrenty on thier rebuilds?
on my 1992 accord EXR w a F22a6 stock,
what is the most cost effective swap?
h22a-s type? (220hp)
h22a-g (200 hp)

h23?

Help..

I need to start shopping
Im also in Canada. total-jdm has a outlet storehouse nearby

I think the most cost effective would be to get a h22a-g (i never heard of an a-g one tho) because i thought type-s's has the same hp, but more expensive...i think type-s is sports handling, and would be more expensive. And i heard that accord and prelude transmissions were inter changable, so you might be able to save money to keep that.

I always thought about the h22a-s and If I had to choose between that or the h22a I would go with the type s, just cus of the HP but I heard that the motor has less TQ than the h22a
