How do you change this light? i do not see a very accessible way to the front passneger turn light! Do I have to remove parts?

you're referring to the bumper mouunted turn signal, correct? There is a philips screw holding it in, accessible from the lower grille in the bumper... use a flashlight and look twards the light assembly, you'll see a screw inside a plastic "holder"

yeah. It looks real hard, but once you bend over and look through the grill you'll notice you just gotta get a long philips screw driver in there and it comes right out.
