Default Good price for a timing belt replacement?

I dont feel like doing the timing belt myself, so I called a honda-only shop here in town. They quoted me $492.00 for timing belt, balancer belt, all new seals (cam, crank, every other one they can get to). And, they use all genuine honda parts. Good price?

well put it like this. u will waste $200 and change in buying all the genuine parts and the labor is $200 so i would say yes is a good price and make sure they change the water pump also.

Yeah, looks like the work includes the water pump as well. $493.00 for everything below. These are all genuine Honda parts, too! Damn... if you live on the California central coast go to this place... its called Landis Automotive and they only do Hondas and Acuras.

That price doesn't seem out of the ordinary for all that work.

That's an unbelievable price considering that it is coming from the dealership...
