When should I change Timing Belt?
did you get more humming noise during acceleration than before after the service done?

If you chance it on the timing belt and it breaks, you can do some serious damage to your engine or even kill it all together. I just changed the belts and my V-6 was just over 60k. Admittedly, it could have gone over 60k, but I am no gambler and did not want to risk engine damage. I paid about $600, but later found out that a friend of a friend could have done it for half.
Tomorrow at 7:30 PM.
Sorry.... but yeah I wouldn't pay more than $300. Honda and Acura aren't going to do it for that, but most places will stand by thier work. If it has to be done at a dealership then it has to cost more.
