Default Funny Noise!

I just rebuilt an f22a6 for my 91 accord and when i drive around for awhile and then put the tranny in park i get a loud clunking noise. wtf is it? it only use to happen sometimes but now it is more often. the tranny is the original stock one with about 145k miles on it so yeah it needs a rebuild......but what would that noise be? i'll move the shifter into park and then about 5 seconds later *CLUNK* It's really annoying. Any ideas????

Thanks

Either your transmission is bad or your engine mounts are bad. Or both is bad.

Isn't that normal sometimes? Used to have a 5th gen coupe that did that. When you let the car warm up a bit, it wasn't as hard. But on a cold start, it would *clunk* into drive, and into park. 177k on that car. Sold now. Took it to a transmission place I go to often, they looked at it, and drove it, said it was fine.
