body kit on uk accord?
hi,
anyone know if a body kit from the us for 1994-1995 Accord will fit onto 94 accord UK spec. Will it need modifying, anyone tried this before. The kit is gonna be brought anyway because your prices are so cheap compared with over here.

Not the same car won't fit...unless you have a coupe.
The US and UK sedans are completely different...but the coupes for the 5th and 6th are nearly identical. So that may work on 2drs.

In all my years here, I havent seen anyone trying to swap mechanical parts between a USDM, and UKDM Accord like you are. So if you have any success, be sure to post about it.

sure will. I am ordering full exhaust system (Skunk2), TBC body kit, and injen cold air intake. Im possitive the intake will fit direct but the others..... i will let u know. Not ordering till jan/feb.

You would be better served getting an exhaust system just made up at a shop in the UK, or better yet get a UK system. By the time you hack up a US exhaust to fit it's going to run you the same.
The body kit will not fit at all, don't bother...in the end you will have better luck and spend less money getting a UK kit, if one exhists. If you have to have US look a like parts just get a nice tasteful universal fit spoiler if one exists.
As for the intake good luck, I don't know about those.
I'm not trying to be a hater or anyting but unless you have a UK coupe parts just aren't going to swap. And your money is better spent on other things...maybe even buying a car that can actually use US parts like a UK Civic Coupe (I think our Si was your VTC or someting) from the late 98-99? era or an Accord Coupe 98+ or Prelude 97+.

ok. I would have to strongly dissagree with the fact that i would be saving money if i bought it from the UK because i am never going to get it as cheap as it is over there. Im gonna order the parts and if no joy then i have a friend with a coupe who will but from me so cant lose really
