I need to replace a burnt out bulb on the passenger headlight of my daughters' 2002 Accord coupe. There appears to be NO room for my big hand to get in there, how does this get done?
One one side of my I4, I pop the air intake duct out, and on the other side I just have to scrape the hell out of my hand haha. Not a hard concept, but yeah, some tight spaces.
The bulbs rotate in the socket. You need to spin them 90 degrees in either direction, once it pops, then pull the bulb out and unclip it. Once it comes out of the housing you should have enough cable room to change the bulb, even with big hands. Or make your daughter do it, its good for girls to learn things like that.
If there is a white colored radiator overflow bottle there, it just pulls out, giving you more room to work, thats the way it is on mine... hope it helped
Does anyone know what the part number is for a driver side low beam headlight bulb for a 1998 honda accord ex coupe? Can I use any halogen bulb or does it have to be honda?
