i want to stay NA, so what type of ecu do i need? or do i need to modify it? any help is appreciated.

Stock is fine, although AEM EMS is the shit. And next time maybe some more details in your post like car, mods etc.

Aem CAI, highflow Cat converter, straight thru muffler, bosch plat4 plugs and bosch wires

with those mods a different ecu is not needed
