With turbo you could win, other than that, no. The accord is heavier and underpowered. The RSX is definitely geared towards performance.

 

well with anough cash you could modify anything to be faster than any other car
with this being the SOHC accord f23 i guess you can get a race type nitrous system say...a 150 wet and then race the RSX and beat him
well but the bad news is you'll end up throwing you engine away afterwards
