Default bad luck

All started when i was driving home, trying to get a black n mild. I get pulled for my radio being too loud. But instead of giving me a ticket for that, he gives me a ticket for my tinted windows instead...so almost a month goes by, i take my tint off and goto the court to get everything cleared up. On the way there i get pulled over to speeding, but i again the cops gives me a break, but this time he gives me a fixit ticket for my license plate not being 'adhered' to my bumper. Even tho my shit is in the front windshield...but whatever. Next day (today) i get in a phucking accident and i didnt hear my car hit or anything (my music was up hella loud) and the phuckers were following me for hella long, and thought i ran! So yeah, im not even sure whos fault the accident was but seeing as my luck is horrible right now, imma prolly get phucked

well usually when I see or stop near a cop car I always lower my music because I know how these dumb ass cops are.
I got ticketed for my light ass tints ( 35% ) cause this rookie had nothing better to do.

You guys should look up the vehicle laws for your states because we could get more tickets for all the stuff done to our cars. Just that cops dont enforce it.

You could get a ticket for having your car lowered because the bumper isnt at the proper height and something.

oh, by the way this is my third accident in this car this year! First accident was 9 days after i bought it (some dumbass woman backed into me when i was at a stop sign) Then 3 months ago i got smacked again from the back by some kid that was going about 35 when he hit me. And now, my bumper gets scratched from the back by this womans car.

But yeah, i need some legal advice on this last accident. Heres what happened: I was driving down a threw residential street (one lane on each side) and this woman merged infront of me. About a second later, a UPS truck infront of her stopped suddenly to go do ups stuff. At this point she stops suddenly, and kinda turns left so i make a left turn to avoid hitting her (hit a pile of grass while doing it) and somehow my back bumper hits the front left panel on her car (about a 5 inch scratch on her car, and about the same on my fiberglass bumper). What i think happened was she tried to go around the truck before i was fully pasted her, and touched my bumper.

Edit: im from cali, if that makes a difference here

There are laws against public disturbances. In one city, the punishment is you have to listen to boring songs (country i think?) for a few hours (they make you sit and listen to it)

There are laws regarding tinted windows. I understand why...at night, i can't see at all when I'm in reverse, so I just use my memory and estimate how far i can go back before I hit the car...lol

The law specifically states that the license plate has to be attached to the bumper. Putting it in the front windshield does nothing...it's still considered as if you don't have front plates on. The LAPD issued warnings to employees a few years ago when they said they were going to start enforcing it

It's not anyone's fault that you can't hear that you hit a car. If you don't stop, it's considered hit-and-run...they should have called the cops and had you arrested.

So far...sounds like you're doing all the wrong things to try and get into trouble *shrugs*

CaliAccord dont act like you drive perfect every single time you sit in your car. No one obey's the street laws all the time. Im not a bad driver or anything, im just saying i've had a streak of bad luck with tickets and accidents in my car (3 accidents that werent my fault, and a string of tickets in the past couple months)
