Turbo's definitely the fastest way to power. Not sure how well your particular engine will take to one, but I don't recall reading bad things, so...
Intake won't do anything for you by itself. Combined with a new exhaust and piping you'll get a few more hp (literally), and more useability/response from the engine. But it won't be major actual gains.
You've got to do ECU work and/or cams and all that fun stuff, if you want to stay N/A and make any extra power. Besides that, it's nitrous oxide or forced induction.

1. agreed
2. wOrd. the accord is a family car. if you wanted something to trash everyone in a straight line, by all means trade it in and get a Dodge SRT-4. with the amount of money and work you'll have to do to turbo the accord, this is cheaper. also, the SRT-4's are factory rated at 200hp, take it to a dyno straight from the dealer lot, you'll see that it's closer to 225.
if you wanted something that isn't at the dealer for major repairs 3 times a year, keep the accord. if you wanted peace of mind about the reliability of your car, keep the accord.
*please note ... i <3 honda, but if you're looking for speed and power, this is your best option.
to tell you the truth, they arent even your friends if their gonna make fun of you...
you can swap engines.... from h22 to a cls engine to a i believe to one of those acura 3.5 liter engines...
or turbo, and what not... money talks man....

The Accord is not a racer. If you're looking to make power, its gonna cost you $$. I'd turbo, get a nice exhaust, and ditch the slush box. You still won't be really fast, just faster. You could also build an H22 and swap it in. Oh, and as for your "friends" laughing at you...real friends wouldn't laugh.
