you can swap engines.... from h22 to a cls engine to a i believe to one of those acura 3.5 liter engines...

or turbo, and what not... money talks man....
If you get the 3.5, then get a Comptech SC, and screw turbo. But reality has it that you just want turbo, and I am not sure of you are actually going to swap auto for a manual, but it is certainly not worth the money.

Also, for all you saying Accord is a family car, true it is one 'by the book', but I have friends that have some sick Accords. Boosted V6 6th Auto and 7th gen 6 speeds are nothing to mess with. Also the 7th gen K24 motor boosted is pretty damn quick!

I also have a 4cyl accord, mine is a coupe . and i wanted to get more power. i have had dreams of swapping and building an h22 but through some extensive searching i found that it is not done much into the 6th gen accords only the 4th and 5th. something about the OBD I & OBD II and not being street legal due to emmisions problems so now i am limited to working with the f23 and just biulding and turboing it. unless anyone can tell me otherwise and please do.

if you do keep the slush box you'll only be able to run around 6-7lbs of boost. if you upgrade to a 5spd you can push up to 15lbs of boost on stock internals, but you're going to need a going to need the AEM EMS for that, not to mention other fuel upgrades. I think its cheaper and you'll gain more power if you boost an F23, than to swap in an H22. talk to bronn_007 on www.honduh.com he's selling his setup. $3000 including the turbo kit, and fuel management.(includes AEM EMS, GM 3bar map sensor, and various goodies) if you can't afford that, he's selling the turbo kit for $1800. the only catch is you have to give him your intake and header, doesn't matter if its stock.
