How do you change the front turn signal bulb on a 02 Accord?

How do you change the front turn signal bulb on a 02 Accord?
Is there a way to do it without taking out part of the wheel well? I can feel the plug through that little hole under the hood by the side fenders, but I can't get a good grip on them to be able to twist it and pull it out. Would it be a bad idea to try to do it with pliers? It's really starting to piss me off how much harder it is to change a small turning signal bulb than the regular headlight bulbs. I've already spent more time on this than I did installing my intake :sad:

you dont have to take the whole fender liner out just the first peg from the fender then bend the fender liner back and reach your hand in there and twist the bulb out hope this helps

werd. just unscrew the screw and take out the first upper clip, pull it back and you'll be able to reach to it... This is how all people do this, unless if you want to take off the whole bumper...

there's a hand hole from the engine bay. you might need some assistance if you have large mits because the hole is pretty small, but there's no need for anything else to be done.

^^ theres a hole you can reach to from the engine bay to the side indicators.. If i can remember right, the only hole there is that can fit your arm through in the engine bay is the inner fender wall near the intake, but you cant reach it from there...
according to the owners manual, you go through the the driver side front wheel.. unless 00 accords has a different inner fender wall design than the 02 accords, but they should be the same.
