Default need brake advice

bought a new pair of brembo blank rotors
i've heard about axxis metal master pads eating up stock rotors, but not drilled or slotted ones.
i have a pair of these pads laying around, and i'd like to use them if possible.
do you think the brembo blanks will take the shit the MM's give them? being that they're brembo and not stock?
or should i get some other pads IE AEM?
thanks guys

I personally have not had any experience with the Metal Masters brake pads, but when it came time for me to get new pads, the overwhelming consensus was to stay away from them and get AEM instead. But seeing as how you already have the pads and the blanks are brand new, slap em on and let us know how the setup works out. Worst case scenario, you'd have to get ur rotors resurfaced at your next pad change. But if you can swing it, get the AEM pads, I've had em for a while now and couldn't be happier!

yeah thats what i've read so far too.
ive seen people that are completely happy with them that have drilled or slotted rotors, but not blanks.
but **** it. i'll do it and let you guys know how it goes. its not like pads are a huge deal anyway.
can't be any worse than my ate up rotors with stock pads right now anyway LOL.

I put Brembo slotted rotors and AEM pads on the front of my 95 Accord. I also added SS brakelines. Very nice feel and improvement to the OEM setup I had.

How much did the brembo blanks run you? I just put on some oem rotors and AEM pads, thinking about getting SS lines but not really sure if it's a worthwhile mod considering that it's just a daily driver. But then again, boost is in my furture:rick:
