at time's i've honestly just thought about selling my accord to my sister and getting a del sol and putting in a DART b18 block with all the new fixing (so minus the vtec head the rest of the engine will be nice and new)...
tho i just ran into DART's blocks... are they any good?

yea, thats the reaction i was hoping for... not to mention i plan on keeping things as stock as possible externally

then going to the local....ahem... track.... and being like "..my...dad... i have a civic.. no an.. what is that other one... and it's really fast.... and can i race with you guys?..."

and jsut screw with their heads... lol

It's not going to be easy. Block guard or resleeve it, valve train upgrades, custom or high tolerance axles...eek dude, just do a Civic lol

eh, but this has a certain flavor to it....you know what i'm saying... but this is whyi'm planning it all out in my head first... i heard about golden eagle in the other forum.. someone got an entire engine rebuild for 3k with pistons and everything... and supposedly they support their stuff to run till 65psi or suttin, so i figure i'm set if i have then machine my head...

and the thing is that i dont want a civic, i commonly have alot of people in my car, and the torque on the b/d series engines just isnt enough for me, even boosted.. this is the reason i'm doing this in the first place... i want a car that will give me some uummph up hill

and i plan to have all professional hands doing the work aswell... with me watchin.. just so if somthing wrong happens i can blame someone.... not that i'm one to do that.. but you have to admit, it's a nice option to have when the engine unexpectedly blows up
