i was thinking about getting the aem tube intake for my 6 gen accord. does anybody have any other suggestions?

 

that works better than just replacing the intake system all together?

 

I would reommand AEM Short Ram or AEM CAI...
I don't really know about the performance but
pay little more and car look much cleaner than
other generatic brand intakes..

But if you want to save some money, remove stock
intake box and install the K&N corn filter...

 

i love my k&n w/ stock intake and removed resonator setup, it works great for me. pulls very hard in the midrange now. awesome for 40 bucks.:thumbup:

I'm rolling in a 6 th gen and have just chagend up my intake same way raz did. remove that like 5lbs of absolutely nothing (resonator) and dropped in a k&n filter. sounds and feels pretty bad ass, but it's just to tide me over until i get injen race division CAI. I like the sound better then AEMs CAI.

i guess it makes more sense to just remove the box and leave the k&n exposed. it'll save me some money. thanks for the info
