Default daytime running lights

My daytime running lights havent been working for a while now. The high beam indicator and the DRL light stay on when the headlights are off and the DRL's are supposed to be on. But the DRL's dont come on and all the bulbs are working fine. I tried looking for short circuits in the wire too, couldnt find any. Also, one of my high beam bulbs dont turn on altough the bulb itself is working.. . im guessing these problems are related... any help please

Now read the description of the circuit first, after I read it i would say check your fuse 19 and 20 first.

Do your haedlights come on when you turn the headlight switch to ON?
