Default accord motor problem

I have a 2000 Accord EX and it is burning oil majorly. But I dont see any leaks, or smell anything burning. My engine bay is very clean. I checked my oil level tonight, its been about 2,800 miles since my last oil change and the dipstick came up almost empty. Im running Mobil 1 5w-30 oil with K&N oil filters. A motor this new shouldnt be burning through 4 quarts of oil between changes. Something must be wrong, but everything looks OK. Please post comments or suggestions. Im going to have a mechanic look at it in a few days. IM guessings its a gasket or seal, but I want to get a heads up as to what it might be and what would cause this on a 4yr old motor. Thanks guys.

I am thinking it is your gasket seals too. Also, check your gasket rings in your cylinders, because although there may be a metal cylinder keeping the oil from contacting your spark plugs, there also may be a leak there too.
